Vintage Cube League – Bundle Available Now

The next round of Vintage Cube League is in the midst of another four-week run!

For $27 USD, you get the following:

• 3 Vintage Cube Draft Tokens – each Token is an entry option into a League course until downtime on February 25 – a savings of $1 per draft!
• An Abigale, Eloquent First-Year avatar - exclusive to this Bundle offering.

The Draft Bundle itself is not tradeable nor are its contents. The Tokens expire when the Cube League ends on February 25, so be sure to use them all up (we’ll remove them at that time and they are non-refundable)!

NRG Series Magic Online Showdown This Sunday – ECL Limited, Cash for Top 32!

Magic Online is partnering with Nerd Rage Gaming to host a digital qualifying series for the tabletop NRG Series Championship!

The NRG Series Magic Online Showdown begins this Sunday, February 15 at 10 a.m. Pacific / 12 noon Central time and features Lorwyn Eclipsed Sealed Deck with Top 8 Draft.

A total of $5,000 in cash will be paid out to the Top 32. The event’s winner will take home $1,200 and qualify for the season-ending Championship tournament in Buffalo Grove, Illinois in December that features 24 players and a $35,000 prize pool.

This is also the first of four planned tournaments in 2026 that count towards NRG’s digital leaderboard. In all, six players (4 event winners & 2 Leaderboard) will get seats at the NRG Championship.

IMPORTANT: This event is region-locked – only accounts with Magic Online billing addresses in the US, Canada, or Europe (Russia & Ukraine excluded) may participate.

Registration for this event costs $35 and will only be processed via NRG’s site. Attendance will be capped at 384 players with a maximum of 9 rounds of Swiss pairings.

Players will be directed to NRG’s event Discord channel for assistance, including judge calls and any technical issues on the day. For issues with accessing the event in advance after it’s posted in Magic Online later today, please file a ticket at help.mtgo.com

PREMIER PLAY

It's Showcase Challenge Weekend

A new MOCS season is underway, so it’s time to qualify more players for the next round of Showcase Qualifiers in March & April. 

Please note the unusual timing of the Legacy Showcase Challenge.

It takes 40 Season 1 Qualifier Points to enter a Showcase Challenge. The Top 8 finishers in each event earn a Championship Entry Token for the event’s format plus earn Leaderboard Points toward an At-Large berth in the next Showcase!

ECL Super Qualifier Monday

Your next chance to reach the next tabletop Regional Championship round comes up next Monday (a U.S. holiday)!

A Limited RC Super Qualifier starts at 7 a.m. PT (15:00 UTC) on February 16. It will feature Lorwyn Eclipsed Sealed Deck with Top 8 Draft.

Join this event with 40 Event Tickets, 400 Play Points, or 40 Season 1 Qualifier Points. The Top 4 finishers will earn those RC invites, and prizes pay down to 128^th place!

Pack Wars! Innistrad: Crimson Vow Continues

Attention Limited fans: We've taken a long-time favorite of Magic at big conventions and brought it into Magic Online. There are some who call it Mini-Master, but on Magic Online it’s Pack Wars!

Innistrad: Crimson Vow will run for one more week.

There are two different flavors of Pack Wars events – both of which are Best-of-One formats: a Keeper Swiss League, and a 2-Player Phantom Queue.
