Vintage Cube League Returns Tomorrow

The next round of Vintage Cube League will be back tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. PT for another four-week run!

Be sure to read Chris Wolf’s article now for the latest updates and card list.

As usual, the single-elimination queue will convert to the new list tomorrow – you can always view the current list on this page.

Vintage Cube Bundle On Sale Tomorrow

Our Vintage Cube Draft Bundle returns tomorrow - the best deal in Cube!

For $27 USD, you get the following:

• 3 Vintage Cube Draft Tokens – each Token is an entry option into a League course until downtime on February 25 – a savings of $1 per draft!
• An Abigale, Eloquent First-Year avatar - exclusive to this Bundle offering.

The Draft Bundle itself is not tradeable nor are its contents. The Tokens expire when the Cube League ends on February 25, so be sure to use them all up (we’ll remove them at that time and they are non-refundable)!

PREMIER PLAY

Three RC Qualifying Events This Weekend

While top competitors test their skills in person at Pro Tour Lorwyn Eclipsed this weekend, you can get invited to the April-May tabletop Regional Championship round playing the same formats – including your first chance to play Lorwyn Eclipsed Limited at the Premier level!

First, we have two Limited RC Qualifiers at special times:

• One is slated for this Friday, January 30 at 2 p.m. PT (22:00 UTC)
• The other starts Saturday, January 31 at 1 a.m. PT (9:00 UTC)

Then on Sunday, February 1, take lessons learned from the PT and apply them to the Standard RC Super Qualifier that kicks off at 7 a.m. PT (15:00 UTC).

The Qualifier accepts only 40 Season 1 Qualifier Points as an entry option. The Top 2 finishers in each event get invited to the April-May RC round and prizes go to the Top 64!

The Super Qualifier accepts 40 Event Tickets, 400 Play Points, or 40 Season 1 Qualifier Points to enter. The Top 4 score the RC seats and prizes reach down to 128^th place!

TLA Swiss Draft – Expanded Prizes!

We are experimenting with the prize structure of Swiss Draft queues. So the current one for Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender features the following prizes:

• 3-0 – 8 TLA Play Boosters and 2 MOCS QPs
• 2-1 – 4 TLA Play Boosters
• 1-2 – 1 TLA Play Boooster

Duel Commander Banned & Restricted Update

The Duel Commander Committee announced its most recent changes yesterday, so Magic Online has begun a new instance of the Duel Commander League. Those changes are:

 Banned as Commander: Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh
 Unbanned as Commander: Tasigur, the Golden Fang and Trazyn the Infinite
 Unbanned in the 99: Trazyn the Infinite and Necrotic Ooze

Pack Wars! Phyrexia: All Will Be One Continues

Attention Limited fans: We've taken a long-time favorite of Magic at big conventions and brought it into Magic Online. There are some who call it Mini-Master, but on Magic Online it’s Pack Wars!

 Phyrexia: All Will Be One continues this week, then Innistrad: Crimson Vow will take over February 4^th.

There are two different flavors of Pack Wars events – both of which are Best-of-One formats: a Keeper Swiss League, and a 2-Player Phantom Queue.

Redemption Corner

Check out our Redemption page for full program rules and inventory levels (updated weekly). As a reminder, the game itself is the most current place to determine if there is stock remaining for Redemption Tokens.

Lorwyn Eclipsed redemption tokens are planned to go on sale Wednesday, February 11.

Edge of Eternities redemption tokens have sold out, both regular and foil-for-regular!

Outlaws of Thunder Junction foils-for-regular remain available in small quantities.

Through the Omenpaths and Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender are not redeemable sets.
