THE LEAD – New Stuff
Coming Tomorrow – Magic: The Gathering® | Avatar: The Last Airbender™ Set Article
For two decades, the stories of the Four Nations and the Avatar to unite them have captivated audiences worldwide. Now those tales are told through the lens of one of the world’s largest games! Magic: The Gathering® | Avatar: The Last Airbender™ (set code TLA) debuts on Magic Online next Tuesday, November 18 at 10 a.m. Pacific time (18:00 UTC)!
Check out our article tomorrow for the low down on what this set adds to the game, including:
- The return of Collector Boosters for $6.99 USD each
- Contains 5 rares/mythics and at least 7 foils
- The Draft Bundle for $32 USD, featuring a bundle-exclusive MTGO avatar
- The usual hodgepodge regarding Player Rewards, Treasure Chests, and MTGO Avatars
Additionally, four decks from the Commander Backlog go on sale tomorrow after downtime – the pairs of Commander builds from Innistrad: Midnight Hunt and Innistrad: Crimson Vow will be available for $29.99 USD each.
Coming Tomorrow – Quality of Life Improvements & New Player Experience Changes
We’re pleased to debut a handful of new features with tomorrow’s downtime. Check out MTGO.com to learn more in an article.
Then in another article, we’ll share our latest efforts into providing better hand holds for new players as well as an expansion of the New Player Kits contents with TLA.
Magic Online All-Access Free Until Tomorrow’s Downtime – Code REPAIR2025
We know it was a frustrating couple of days dealing with the inability to trade, receive two-factor authentication emails, or complete new account setup. After yesterday’s extra downtime, we have fixed the problems.
To make it up to our fans, we’ve made All-Access available to everyone until tomorrow’s downtime. To activate it, enter the code REPAIR2025 into the MTGO Store to receive the Rare Event Token. The same rules apply as mentioned in the next item.
If you had already purchased the Mythic Event Token by the time we turned this code on Sunday afternoon PT, you’ll receive a credit of 50 Play Points during tomorrow’s downtime.
THE LEAD – Continuing Items
Magic Online All-Access Is Back!
One of our most popular promotions – All-Access – has returned! The Mythic Event Token is now on sale. As usual it costs $25 USD for access to almost all of the cards on MTGO between time of purchase and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18!

To use All-Access, simply purchase the Mythic Event Token in the Store, then build or import any legal deck in your chosen format. You will likely show negative quantities of cards in the Collection as you drag cards down – this is expected. You can try all Constructed formats with All-Access!
Once your deck is built the way you want it, enter an Open Play game or paid event (entry options still required). No cards will be added to your collection, but you'll be able to play even if you don't have all the cards in your collection.
We'll remove all Mythic Event Tokens from accounts and turn off All-Access at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18.
Note: If you’re still competing in a Constructed League when All-Access ends, you’ll be allowed to complete that match (not the entire course).
Just like previous All-Access periods, certain cards (Secret Lair versions, TRANSFORMERS, WARHAMMER 40,000, Battlebond, and old-frame Power Nine) are unavailable. Additionally, card variants sold in Bundles (Oil Lands, Retro Shocklands, etc.) are unavailable. Finally, All-Access doesn’t apply to Limited events.
It’s Pauper Championship Week
Our latest Format Championship event takes place this week – it's Pauper Championship Week!
Complete one of the following feats before this Saturday’s Finals in order to earn a Pauper Point:
- Complete a 5-0 Pauper League course
- Finish 4-0 or 3-1 in a Pauper Preliminary – here’s the schedule of those (all times PT, for UTC add 8 hours):
- Tuesday, November 11 – 10:30 a.m, 2 p.m., and 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 12 – Midnight, 4 a.m., and 3 p.m.
- Thursday, November 13 – 4 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 8 p.m.
- Friday, November 14 – Midnight, 11 a.m., and 4:30 p.m.
- Top 8 a Pauper Challenge 32 event – the schedule for those is:
- Tuesday, November 11 – 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 12 – 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, November 13 – 11 a.m.
- Friday, November 14 – 6 a.m.
That Pauper Point is good for free entry into the Pauper Championship Week Finals this Saturday, November 15 at 7 a.m. PT. Unlike other Finals events of this type, you are able to directly enter the finals with the entry options of 40 Event Tickets or 400 Play Points or 2 Mythic Event Tokens!
Prizes for the Finals will be the same as a Super Qualifier, but without invitations or Leaderboard Points. In addition, the Top 32 finishers and those with the same record as 32nd place will receive an event-exclusive version of the Pauper Showcase avatar – Clockwork Percussionist!

As usual, you can only enter one of your accounts in the Finals event, and excess Pauper Points will be cleared from accounts next week.
