THE LEAD 

All-Access – 1 Day Left 

This round of All-Access is quickly coming to a close, with just one day remaining. We hope you’ve enjoyed cooking up new decks and exploring Constructed formats you might not typically play. Mythic Event Tokens will be removed from accounts when we turn off All-Access at 10 a.m. PT tomorrow, July 15. If you’re still competing in a Constructed League match when the access shuts off, you’ll only be able to complete that match.  

Vintage Cube League Continues – Bundle with Premium Avatar Just $27

The Vintage Cube League is in progress now with the usual entry options of 10 Event Tickets or 100 Play Points. You can always view the current Vintage Cube list on this page. 

As usual, we're offering a Vintage Cube Bundle for $27 USD, which includes 3 Vintage Cube Draft Tokens plus this set’s exclusive Bundle avatar featuring a premium foil treatment – The Incredible Hulk! 

Each Token is good for one course of the Vintage Cube Draft League. Tokens are valid for entry until the League ends on Wednesday, July 29 – be sure to use up your Tokens by then as they are non-refundable! 

PREMIER PLAY  

MOCS Season 2 Ending Soon 

If you have been grinding Qualifier Points for this season’s Premier Events, it’s last call to get to the magic number of 40. Here are the remaining tournaments that can be entered with Season 2 QPs: 

• Qualifiers and Super Qualifiers this week – Thursday-Sunday, July 16-19
• Last Chance Events July 19-22 

Once the qualifying season ends on July 22, the single-elimination Vintage Cube queue will be available to enter - 12 QPs per event. 

MOCS Last Chance Events Start Sunday 

Here is the full schedule of Last Chance between Sunday, July 19 and Wednesday, July 22: 

Each event’s entry is 40 Season 2 QPs plus either 30 Event Tickets or 300 Play Points. Players finishing with 5 match wins will earn a Token good for the Showcase Qualifier in their respective format held July 25-August 2. 

Note that unlike past seasons, the Last Chance Schedule does not correspond to Preliminary times (however, all Constructed Preliminaries are still pre-empted during this period). 

EVENT UPDATES 

Pack Wars – Foundations

Pack Wars – the Magic Online space for Mini-Master – rolls on. Our meandering adventure across the multiverse continues with one more week of Foundations! 

The idea is simple – crack a pack, add 2 of each basic land, and play a game. In the Keeper League, you then crack another pack, edit your deck, play a game ... and keep going until you have opened 4 packs and played 4 games!  

This Keeper League is easy – 4 packs + 4 games (plus prizes if you do well) for just 4 Event Tickets or 40 Play Points! 

Once FDN’s run ends on July 22, Bloomburrow will be next up in Pack Wars! 

Alternate Play Schedule 

Here’s a look at the schedule of events coming up. Each description mentions if the Draft is Phantom – cards won’t be added to players’ collections in Phantom events. All transitions take place at 10:00 a.m. PT unless otherwise noted.  

• July 1-29: Vintage Cube is back with updates from the newest set! (Phantom)
• July 29-August 5: A special mash-up of the two Marvel sets in a combined Limited experience – it's Marvel “Block” Sealed: 4 Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel Super Heroes boosters and 2 Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel’s Spider-Man packs!
• August 5-11: We have another old format Keeper draft to close out MSH season – it's Urza Block Draft!

PATCH NOTES – Wednesday, July 15 

Card Fixes 

• Taskmaster, Mercenary Mimic can now activate power-up abilities each turn it becomes a copy of a creature with power-up rather than once per game
• Super-Soldier Serum’s triggered ability will now correctly trigger when the enchanted creature attacks or blocks, rather than just when it attacks
